We stand behind every Svalara product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and quickly.
30-Days Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Svalara tea infuser. If for some reason you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method if your return is eligible as described in this Return Policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item is in its original, unused condition — not cleaned or steeped
- Item is in its original packaging (or securely re-packaged)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or items returned after 30 days may not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess each return on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as On Sale at time of purchase
- Items that have been used with food or loose leaf teas
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (contact that retailer directly)
How to Initiate a Return
Returning your item is simple — just follow these steps:
- Fill out our contact form with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
- Securely package your item(s).
- Ship the parcel to our returns address (provided in the instructions).
- Once we received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will appear in your PayPal balance or linked bank account within 5–7 business days after we process it (your bank's processing time may vary).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product on arrival).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and attach a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement including the postage costs. You will not be at any loss for our mistakes.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different variant (e.g. with Spoon vs. without Spoon), simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the variant you want. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
