Delivery Information

Every Svalara order is dispatched from Melton South, VIC, Australia by our carriers. Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on your exact destination — no flat rates, no guesswork.

How Shipping Is Calculated

We use the Postal Postage Assessment Calculator to determine the exact postage cost for your order in real time. At checkout, simply enter your delivery address and select your preferred shipping method — the price is calculated instantly based on:

  • Your destination — postcode (Australia) or country (international)
  • Our dispatch location — Melton South, Victoria, Australia
  • Package dimensions — 23.5 × 16.5 × 7 cm (custom parcel, not a standard Australia Post satchel)

All prices shown at checkout are in USD, converted from the postage AUD rate using a live exchange rate refreshed hourly. The rate applied to your order is shown on "Shipping" with the Order Summary.

Domestic Shipping

For deliveries within Australia, your checkout will display all available Australian Post shipping methods for your specific postcode. You choose the one that suits you. Typical services include:

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. If your location is rural, regional, or remote, the delivery time will likely be longer, please contact us via our contact form for more information. The exact cost for each available service is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

All domestic orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has left our facility.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to 46+ countries via our selected carriers international shipping services. Available services and prices vary by destination. At checkout, select your country and you will see all available shipping services with live pricing. Typical international services include:

Not all services are available to every destination. The checkout will only display shipping services that is available for your selected country. Typical delivery time ranges by region:

International delivery times are estimates. Actual transit may vary due to customs clearance, local postal network capacity, and public holidays in the destination country.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

Pricing & Currency

All Svalara product prices and shipping costs are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Carrier postage rates are sourced in AUD and converted to USD using a live exchange rate at the time of checkout. The conversion rate is updated hourly to reflect current market conditions.

Your bank or payment provider (PayPal) may apply an additional foreign exchange fee when processing the payment. This is outside Svalara's control.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed on Monday – Friday before 12:00 pm AEST are typically processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm, on weekends, or on Victorian public holidays will be dispatched the next available business day.

During peak sales periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), processing may extend to 2–3 business days. We will always communicate any significant delays via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel's journey in real time.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder first. If it's not there, contact our support team via the Contact form on our website.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a post office, the carrier will return it to our dispatch address. In this event, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional postage charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Svalara is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
